Previously a successful programmer with 13 years of professional experience. Towards the end, I got frustrated by the status quo: ineffectiveness, of which I was a part! Since then, I moved into a role that allowed me to provide solutions to that problem. Initially, this was as a business analyst, then as a scrum master, an agile coach, and a transformation specialist. From 2008 to 2016, I was introducing the Agile approach of working in the headquarters of Credit Suisse, Swiss Re, and ABB in Zurich, Switzerland.
